WMAG Radiothon to Benefit Brenner Children’s Hospital

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – WMAG-FM, 99.5, will broadcast a two-day radiothon to benefit Brenner Children’s Hospital, part of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 18 and 19.

On-air personalities Lora Songster, Rod Davis and Bill Flynn will lead the event, which will be broadcast from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. The funds raised will be used to advance patient care at Brenner Children’s Hospital.  The event will showcase the impact that this children’s hospital has had on the lives of children and their families in the Triad and throughout the region. It will also honor the individuals and groups whose hard work throughout the year serves to improve the lives of all children.

This will be WMAG’s fifth radiothon on behalf of Brenner Children’s Hospital. The previous four raised a combined total of more than $300,000.
